Abstract:Domestic sewage treatment is a key link in environmental protectionand sustainable utilization of water resources.Microbial technology hasbecomethecoreofsewagebiologicaltreatmentduetoitseconomic,eficient,and environmentallyfriendlyadvantages.This paper takesacertain waterpolltioncontrolprojectasanexample toanalyze the application efectof microbial technology in domesticsewage treatment.Theresults indicate thatcomposite microrganisms can effectively remove Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen (NH 3 -N) from domestic sewage. Composite microrganisms haveanadaptation period inlow-temperature environments,andthenbeginto growandreproduce inlarge numbers, showing exponential growth in quantity and strong cold resistance.
