Abstract: Thecondensatepolishing systemin thermal power plants has long faced technical chalenges such as insufficient resin layering acuracyxtensiveregeneration processes,and highresourceconsumption.Itisnecessary tointegratehe resinlayering intellgent monitoring system,scrubbing endpoint judgmentsystem,and intellgent warningcentersystem to construct anew typeofcondensate polishing system forthermal power plants.Practice has proven thatintheapplicationof technology,the consumption of acid and alkali is reduced by 15% ,the periodic water production is increased by 20% ,the cross contamination rate is controlled below 0.1% ,and the annual operating cost is saved by 8Oo OOO yuan, providing an effective solution for the intelligence of precision processing systems.
