Abstract： Inthe new era，with the promotion of green，low-carbonand ecological civilization construction， Xinyang city deeply practices the“Two Mountains”concept，focuseson the“Two Better”goals，and strengthens theecological governanceof historicallegacymines.Adhering tothe principle of natural restorationasthe mainapproachandengineering governance as a supplement，folowing the principle of adapting measures to local conditions，and using zoning and segmented governance， the Xinyang mode of“ecological restoration + coordinated development of green economy”is explored.ByanalyzingthepracticeofXinyang cityinpolicyplanning，technologicalinovation，industrialcollboration， ecologicalrestoration，etc.，therestorationpathissummarzed，andtheinspirationfortheonstructionofbeautifuliiesis explored， thus providing experience and reference for similar regions.
