Abstract： New urbanization，as acrucialstrategic initiative driving high-qualityeconomicand social development，has imposed elevated demands on land resource managementthrough its rapid advancement.This paper examines the realworld significance ofland resource management underthenew urbanization paradigm，addresing core chalenges including insuffcientplanningcoordination，ineficientlandutilization，andland transferbarriers.Correspondingmigationpathways are proposed to resolve these issues.
