Abstract： The power batery recycling industry is akeylink in achieving green and sustainable developmentof new energy vehicles.With therapid growthof electricvehicleownership，theamountof scrapped powerbatteries willalso increase significantly.Basedonthis，thecarbon emisionsources and influencingfactors of each link are systematicallanalyzed inthe powerbatteryrecycling industry chain，the prominent problems existing inthecurrent layout of thepower batery recycling industryarerevealed，andtheoptimization strategies areproposed for the layout of the power bateryrecycling industry，so as to achieve resource recycling and meet carbon neutrality requirements.
