Abstract: After China proposed the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralityin September 2O2O,biomassenergy and urban sludgeutilization technology havedevelopedrapidly,however,alkali metals (mainlyKandNa)inbiomass are prone to cause ash and slagging on the heating surface during combustion,and the technology for recovering and utilizing P elements inphosphorus-rich sludge is alsounderdeveloped.Themethodforco-combustionofcoton strawand phosphorusrich sludge is proposed,basedonthe principleof Gibbs free energy minimization,HSC Chemistry software is used to explore the distributionof alkali metalchemical forms during separate combustionandco-combustionofcoton straw,and determine theoptimalratio range.Research has shownthat mixed combustioncanreduce ashand slagaccumulationextend the service life of boilers,reduce raw material loss,and improve economic efficiency.
