Abstract: Selecting typical waste to energy generation enterprise A and sludge to energy generation enterpriseB,using a SUMMA tank sampling combined with Gas Chromatography-MassSpectrometry (GC-MS)/Flame Ionization Detector (FID) analysis method,108 Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)components are detected.The VOCs emision concentrations from the chimneys of enterprises A and B are 9.52 and 2.71mg/m3 ,respectively, which are higher than those of traditional coal-fired power plants. The emission factor of waste incineration power generation is 0.014g/kg waste, which is lower than the recommendedvalue inthe manualof the MinistryofEcologyand Environment,indicating thattheexisting emission inventory may overestimate the VOCs emissions of the waste incineration industry.Theemission factor of sludge cofiring power generationis O.O12g/kg standardcoal,which is higherthan thatofcoal-fired power plantsafterultra-low emission transformation.Garbage incinerationand sludge co-incinerationmainly emit aromatic hydrocarbons,halogenated hydrocarbons,and oxygen-containing VOCs.Afterultra-low emision transformation,limestone gypsum wetdesulfurization can synergistically remove oxygen-containing VOCs through water washing, with an effciency of up to 81.8%
