Abstract：Ecological environmentisrelated tohuman well-beingandfuture.The“dualcarbon”goal isanecological goal put forward byChina in 2O2O，which notonlyreflects China’sresponsibility，but also pointsoutanew direction forthetransformationof China’s energy structure.Theconnotation of energy structure transformation is expounded，the diffcultiesfacedbythecurrentenergystructure transformationareanalyzed，andthenewpathofregionalenergystructure transformationand ecosystem serviceoptimization is putforward，aiming to promote the green developmentofregional economyand helpachieve the“dualcarbon”goal.In general，itisnecessary to change ideas，promote the“dual carbon” work asawhole，optimizethelayoutofregionalenergydevelopment，promote technologicalinnovation，andgivefullplayto the supporting role of new technology in the transformation of energy structure.
