Abstract: In response to the estimation bias ofunorganizedemissions and the lack of collaborative control technology in the production of oil and gas industry enterprises,a technical system covering source control, process monitoring, and end of pipe treatment is studiedand established.Equipment such as vertical three-phase separators,catalytic crackingunit,and inteligent pipeline cleaning systems are developed,integrating infrared optical gas imaging and distributed fiberopticsensing monitoring networks.After being applied ina5milion tonoiland gas enterprise,the associated gas venting rate decreased from 7.5%~ 9.8% to 0.8% ,and the contribution of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the storage and transportation process decreased to 18% . The annual recovery of methane ( CH4 )was 126000t ,and the carbon emission intensity decreased by 34.6% ,verifying the effectiveness of the technical system in pollution collaborative control and carbon reduction.
