Abstract：OnJanuary1，2023，ManagementMeasuresoftheListofKey UnitsforEnvironmental Supervisionwas formall implemented，which putforward clearrequirementsfortheselection and clasified management of keyunits of environmental supervision.Inthe process oflistselection and application，there are some problems，such asnon-uniform screning criteria，contradiction or overlap with other existing systems.This paper analyzes the operationalchallnges in the managementof thekeyenvironmentalsupervisionentities istandproposes countermeasures，iming tooffrinsights for institutional refinement.
