Abstract：NortheastGuangdong isanecological barierintheGuangdong-Hong Kong-MacaoGreaterBayArea，where industrial emissions and regional transmission combine to causecompound polution.Theemergencyemission reduction listforheavy polution weather accuratelycontrols high polution sources，whichcan reduce the impact of heavy pollution weather andiskey to improvingairquality.Itneeds tobedynamicallupdatedinatimelymanner.Theindustrialstructure and pollution characteristicsof Meizhoucity，Guangdong provincearerepresentative.Taking the practice ofcompiling and revising the emergency emission reduction list forheavy pollution weather as an example，this paper sorts out the dynamic update path，diagnoses the problems existing in the dynamic update practice，and puts forward optimization suggestions， providing reference for emergency management of atypical polluted cities.
