基层环境污染防治监管工作存在的问题及对策

Abstract： Basedonthe grassroots environmental protection work practiceof Ningxi Street Offce in Zengcheng district， Guangzhou city，this paper systematicallyanalyzes the prominent problems inthecurrent grassots environmental pollution prevention and control supervision work，including incomplete laws and regulations，weak environmental awareness， need to mprove supervision ability，and imperfect crossdepartmental cooperation mechanism，and unevenalocationof regulatory resources.To address these issues，countermeasures are proposed from four aspects：improving the mechanism forlawenforcementand interpretation，strengthening technical supervisionand punishment，enhancingtheconstruction of grassroots environmental protection teams，and improving cross departmental collaborative linkage mechanisms，and optimizing the allocationof regulatory resources.The aim is to enhance theefectiveness of grasroots environmental supervision，promote theimplementationand effctivenessof environmental policies，and providepractical references for improving the grassroots environmental governance system.
