“双碳” 目标下城市生态环境治理路径研究

Abstract: Under the“dualcarbon”goal,urbanecologicalenvironment governance faces challengessuchashigh carbon lock-in in industries,imbalanced energy structure,fragmented space,and lack of mechanism coordination.Based on this,the four-dimensional governance path of“industry-energy-space-mechanism” is systematicallyconstructed.This framework achieves low-carbonand circulardevelopmentthrough industrial digitaltransformation,promotes clean energy transformation based on a diversified integrated energy system,optimizes land development patterns through carbon emissionspatial control,andbuildsasmart governance platform toimprove diversecollaborative mechanisms.Research hasshown thatthefour-dimensionalcolaborativegovernancepath can efectively promote thetransformationofcities from endof pipecontrol tosourceemisionreduction,andfromelementsegmentation to systemcollaboration,providingpractical guidance for urban green and low-carbon transformation.
