Abstract： With the continuous expansion of railwayconstruction and operationscale，the amount of bulk solid waste generated by railways has sharply increased.Its proper disposal has become a key issue in achieving sustainable developmentof the railway industry.Focusing on the latest treatment technologies for railway bulk solid waste，the new developmentsareelaborated inphysical，chemical，andbiological treatmenttechnologies，andthenewtechnologiesforthe resource utilization ofvarious types of railway solid wasteare explored indepth.Atthe same time，basedon practical cases， theapplicationefectivenessof tesenewtechnologiesareanalyzed，andthefuturedevelopmenttrendofrailwaybulksoldwaste treatmenttechnologyislookedforward，aiming toprovidetechnicalsupportforthegreendevelopmentoftherailwayindustry.
