Abstract: Industrial wastewater has the characteristics of high phosphorusconcentration,complexcomposition,and large fluctuations,which poseaserious challnge tothebiological phosphorus removal systemofsewage treatmentplants.Several feasiblephosphorus removal system process optimization strategies wereanalyzed,and acertain industrial wastewater treatment plant inNan'an citywas taken astheresearch object.Inresponse tothe unstable phosphorus removal effciency of the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic(A 2( D) process and the frequent exceeding of Total Phosphorus (TP) in the effluent,a process optimization application study was carried out for the Anoxic-Oxi ⋅- Anoxic-Oxic(AOAO)+chemical phosphorus removal combined processtransformation andthe addition of precision dosing system.This studycan provide reliable experience andreference forthe stable compliance and energy-saving of phosphorus removal systems in other industrial wastewater treatment plants.
