Abstract： With the increasinglysevere global environmental problems，the transformationof sewage treatmentfromasingle purificationfunction to resourceutilizationhasbecomeaninevitable trend.Basedonthecore requirements of environmental protectionconcepts，this paper systematicallyreviewstheproblems ofloweficiency，highcost，andsecondarypolutionin traditional sewage treatmentresourcerecovery models，and proposes an inovativemodel framework centeredonbiological reinforcement，newmaterialapplication，andcirculareconomysynergy.Theaimis toprovidetheoreticalreferenceforthe sewage treatment industry to achieve resource recycling，low-carbon emisions，and sustainable development.
