Abstract: The energy consumption of sintering process accounts for more than 10% of the total energy consumption in steel production,and the potential for waste heat resource recovery is enormous.Focusingon the technological path of waste heat flue gas recovery, its impact on CO 2 emission reduction and energy optimization is analyzed. The use of exhaust gas circulation technology can effectively reduce solid fuel consumption, save more than 5% of energy in the process,reduce CO2 emissions by 6.50kg per ton of sintered ore,and reduce total flue gas emissions by 20% . The driving technology of sintering wasteheatenergyrecovery furtherimproves energyefciencythroughthermal powerconversion,anditspromotion and application are of great significance for promoting the low-carbon transformation of the steel industry.
