Abstract： National nature reserves playafundamentalrole inensuring ecological securityand maintaining biodiversity， andestablishing efective synergistic mechanisms places higher demands on the sustainable utilization of natural resources. This paper focuses on the coordination relationship between protection and utilization，analyzes the practical basis and operational statusofcollborative mechanisms，and proposesoptimizationpathsforsynergistic mechanisms.Research hasshow thattheconstructionof synergistic mechanisms isanimportantleverfor promoting the integrationofecological protectionand resource development，and is of great significance forachieving high-quality green development inthe region.
