Abstract： Basedonthe theoryofresourceoptimizationallcation，this study explores pathways toenhance spatial effcency intheredevelopmentofunderutilizedruraland.Thecontentcoverssystematicoptimizationatthreelevels：planning，design and technology.It proposes to reshapetheland structurethrough functional hybrid designand sustainability-oriented spatial planning，enhance thecomprehensive value of the land through the optimization of public service facilities and functionalreengineering，andbuildaneficientutilizationsystembyaplyinginformationtechnology，ntellgenceandgen building technology.Results indicate this strategy efectively promotes intensive landuseandthecoordinated sustainable development of rural economies.
