Abstract: Bycombining microwave digestion technology with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy,optimizing the digestion program and atomization parameters,an eficient synchronous detection method for cadmium and copper in soilis established.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatthedetectionlimitofcadmiumisaslowasO.OO2 mg/kg,thedetection limit of copper is as low as 0.050mg/kg ,the spiked recovery rate remained stable at 96.8%~ 103.5% ,and the single sample detection time is 4O min,significantly improving the detection eficiencyand sensitivity.Actual sampleanalysis reveals the spatialdiferentiationcharacteristicsof heavy metal pollution inindustrialand mining areas,validates the applicabilityof thismethod inpolutionsurveys,emergency monitoring,andother scenarios,and provides reliable techical support for soil heavy metal risk assessment and treatment.
