臭氧催化氧化技术在造纸厂废水处理中的应用研究

Abstract: Withthetighteningofenvironmental protectionpolicies inChina,thedemandforadvanced wastewatertreatment technologies,especialladvanced oxidation technologies,has increased.Asa promising technology,ozonecatalytic oxidationis suitablefortheoxidationtreatment ofcomplexanddificult todegradeorganiccompounds,andcanbeapplied in the deep treatment of papermaking wastewater.Among them, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) is a commonly used indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of organic pollutant treatment.Taking the engineering practiceof ozone catalytic oxidation technology forsecondary biological treatment of wastewater in paper mils as an example,the influence of parameters suchasozoneconcentrationanddosageontheremovalrateoforganicpollutantsisverified.Theresultsconfimedthat intheozonecatalyticoxidationsystem,asthereactionprogresss,CODoncentratiobecomesthekeyactoraffctingteaction rate,and simply prolonging the waterretentiontimecannot continuouslyimprove CODremoval efciency;theconcentration of ozoneadditionispositivelycorelatedwithCODremovalrate,but theoptimalconcentrationneeds tobedeterminedthrough intermediateexperiments tobalance treatment eficiencyandcost;theCODremovalrateofozonecatalyticoxidationsystem is mostly maintained at 60%~ 80% ,and the degradation upper limit is constrained by factors such as hydroxyl radical ( ⋅⋅ OH) quenching and fluid resistance inthe catalyst.The research resultscan provide reference for the large-scale enginering application of ozone catalytic oxidation technology in the deep treatment of papermaking wastewater.
