Abstract: The changes are revealed inlandcover in kashi prefecture from 2OOO to 2O2O,the driving factors are explored behind hem,and the trendsanddriving mechanismsof landcoverchangesareanalyzed intheregion.Bycolectingland coverdata inkashi prefecturefrom2OOO to2O2Oand usingArcGIS softwareforspatialanalysis,combined with economic andsocial developmentdatafromthe kashi prefecture,principalcomponentanalysis isused toextractthemaindriving factors. The research results indicatethattherehave beensignificant changes inland cover inkashi prefecture from 2oO to 2020, thechanges inassandslivaedand,rnladonstrutionand,forestlandwaterdsndolly significant.Amongthem,theareasofrableland,constructionland,andforestlandcontinuetoincrease,whileteeasof grasland,barrenland,andaterdieshaveecreasd,tewaterareamainlytrasfosintogalad,frandde land; grasslandandbarrnlandareextensivelyconvertedintoarableland; constructionlandcotinues tooccpy grasslandsand cultivatedland,groepiodoatuualsyl population,andthetotalpowerofagriculturalmachneryarethemaindrivingfctorsafectinglandcoverchangeinkashiprefecture. Thecombinedfctsofonomypuaonuanzatio,andlivngsaddshavedivesignifcathanges inlandcoeinashi prefecture,andhave far-reaching impacts onthe local ecological environmentand economic and socialdevelopment.
