Abstract： Rice andcorn are the maincrops in Guizhou province，with alarge amountof straw produced.Taking Guizhou province astheresearcharea，thetypes ofriceandcorn strawutlizationare elaborated，the prospects offeedutilzationare lookedforward，thewaysoffedutilizationareexplored，tedifcultiescurentlyexistingifeedutilizationareanalyed， andthecountermeasuresareproposed.Atpresent，therearefive main ways offeedutilizationforriceandcornstraw，namely direct fedingofrice straw，ensilingofriceandcorn straw，microbialyelow storageofriceandcornstraw，ammonificationof corn straw，ndon-sitegeen （yellow）storageofonstra.Overall，iisneessarytostrenghenthecltivationofein body，smoththeindustrialchain，caryouttechnologicalbreakthroughs，improvetheutilizationeficiencyoficeandcorn straw，achievethecombinationof strawdredgingand blockage，andreducecostsand increaseeficiency incatleandshep breeding.
