Abstract: Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cels (IPSCs) have become a core candidate forthe next generation of photovoltaic technology due totheir excellent thermal stability,adjustable bandgap,andlow-cost preparation advantages.However, external factorssuchashumidity,xygen,light,andtemperaturecancause phasedecomposition,ionmigration,anddefect induceddegradation,which stillseverelyrestrictitscommercialization proces.Thecutting-edgeachievementsarestudied inthestabilityperformanceof IPSCs inrecent years,withafocus onanalyzing the stabilitydiferences and degradation mechanismsof inorganic perovskite materials withdiferentcompositions,andthelatest improvementstrategiesareprovided fromthe dimensions of materials engineering,interface engineering,new structures,and packaging technologies,soas to promote the industrial application of IPSCs.
