Abstract： Undertheconstraintof the“dualcarbon”goal，the zerocarbon transformationof thechemical industry，as a highcarbonemission field，reliesonafundamentalreconstructionfromunittechnologytosystem integration.Thedual layer path system is constructed that includes unit technology reshaping and system integration optimization.Firstly，the breakthrough directions of unit technologiessuch as energy，raw materials，and processes are sorted out.Secondly，the collborative mechanismand practical casesof thecouplingof green hydrogenand Carbon Capture，Utilizationand Storage （CCUS），symbiosisofzerocabonindustralparks，anddigitalempowermentarediscused.Finalysystematicchallnges are analyzed，andphasedimplementationstrategieswereproposed toprovidetheoreticalreferencesandpracticalguidance for the profound transformation of the chemical industry.
