Abstract： In recent years，the wetlands inthelower reaches of the Yellow River have faced the problem of deteriorating waterenvironment，which seriously restricts thesustainable development of the basin.In this context，exploring the relationship between wetland ecosystemsand water environmentquality，understanding the current statusof water environment quality inthe lowerreaches of the Yellow River，andleveraging the ecological restorationof wetlands in the lowerreaches ofthe Yelow Riverto improve water environment quality are of great significance for promoting ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin.
