Abstract: The resource utilization of industrial solid waste is a key path for regional energy conservation and carbon reduction.Basedona scientificallconstructed evaluation index system,covering indicators related to energy conservation, carbon reduction,and comprehensive benefits,using data processng and quantitative evaluation models,combined withregional characteristics and diferences inresource utilization paths,their contribution to energy conservation and carbon reduction is systematically evaluated.Through standardized data colection and uncertainty analysis methods, accurate measurement of the energy-saving and carbon reduction efects of industrial solid waste resource utilization can be achieved,and dynamic development trendsand potentialscanbe predicted.The research results clarifythe important contributionof industrial solid waste resource utilization to regionalenergyconservationand carbonreduction,providinga basisforoptimizing resourceutlization strategies and formulating low-carbon development policies,and having important guiding significance for promoting regional green and sustainable development.
