Abstract： Oil vaporrecovery is akey technical approach toaddressng the problemof Volatile Organic Compounds （VOCs） emissionsfromoildepots.Withincreasinglystrngentenvironmentalandoperationalrequirements，itissentialtoevaluate theeffctivenessof vaporrecoverysystems inoil storagefacilitiesto identifyareas forimprovementand ensure compliance withregulatorystandards.Thisstudy takes1oildepotsinSanghaicity，which werestilldistributing gasolinebytheendof 2024，as research subjects.Itanalyzes the mainvaporrecovery technologies appliedin thesedepots，evaluates therecovery performanceand VOCs emisionoutcomes，andfurther identifies thekey issuesrequiring attention intherecoveryprocess. Thefindings aim to provide a reference for the optimization of vapor recovery technologies in oil depots.
