Abstract：At present，thedevelopmentof China’s renewable resources recycling industry continues to improve，but it has notfullymatched the internalrequirementsof theoverallgreen transformationoftheeconomyand society，and the constructionofa Chinesepath tomodernization inwhich peopleandnaturecoexist harmoniously，itisurgenttoachieve high-qualitydevelopment.Based onthecurrent development status of the recycling andutilization industryof renewable resources in Hunan province，the existing problems are analyzed，thus providing countermeasures for the recycling and utilization industry of renewableresources.
