Abstract： Starting from the practical needsof water ecological protectionandrestoration intheYelow River Basin，the importanceofstrengthening waterecologicalprotectionandrestorationintheYellowRiverBasinisanalyzed，thetreatment methods of industrial，agricultural，and domesticsewageare systematicallexplored，andthescientific treatment plans， comprehensive treatment paths，and ecological restoration strategies are proposed based on the polltion characteristics of the basin.The study emphasizes optimizing water resource alocation and strengthening collaborative governance mechanisms to ensure the systematic and long-term restoration of water ecology in the Yelow River Basin，providing theoretical reference for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
