Systematic Performance Test Analysis of Disc Dewatering Machine for Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization

Abstract： Basedonthe requirements of wet flue gas desulfurization processfor eficientand stable operationof dehydration equipment，thekeyperformanceevaluation pointsof discdehydrator inthe proess of treating desulfurization by-products are analyzed，and asystematic performance testing method is proposed.A test platform isconstructedand multiple sets of operating parametersareconfigured，standardizedtestingandreal-timedatacolectionandanalysisarecaiedoutby seting variablessuchasvacum degree，feedconcentration，andspeed.During the testing proces，asystematic evaluation is conductedonthemoisturecontentofthefiltercake，processingcapacityandequipmentoperationstability.Theresults indicate thatthis testing method can accurately reflect the operational performance of the disc dewatering machine， providing technical support for equipment selection，operation optimization，and industry standardization testing. 随着大气污染防治政策力度的不断加强，燃煤电厂及工业锅炉普遍采用湿法烟气脱硫技术，以减少二氧化硫排放。（剩余4738字）
