Analysis on the Challenges and Countermeasures of Ecological Product Value Conversion in Guangdong Province's Mountain - River - Forest - Field -Lake- Grassland - Sand Project

Abstract: Against the backdropof the integration of the“dual carbon”goaland the“two mountains”concept,Guangdong province,asanconomic frontierandecologicallysensitivearea,faces specialchallenges inthetransformationofecological product value.Focusing on typical ecological productsof Mountain-River-Forest-Field-Lake-Grassland-Sand Project such as mangrovesandmine restorationareas,thecomparative methodofcaseand system isused to reveal their diffculties in value accounting,property rightssystem,financial support,and policyguarantee.Specifically,the lack of accountingstandardsleads toundervaluation,fragmentedownershiprestrictstheentryofsocial capital,insuficient innovation in green finance makes financing dificult,and vertical compensation dependence causes an imbalance in protective power.Therefore,the transformation path is established thatincludes standard customization,propertyrights innovation,financialempowerment,andpolicycoordination,thus providing supportformechanism innovation intheGreater Bay Area and contributing Guangdong province samples to the value transformation of ecological products nationwide.
