Research on the Path of Efficient Utilization ofLand Resources in National Spatial Planning

Abstract: National spatial planning isanimportantmeans ofcoordinating variousspatialresources and promotingeficient utilization oflandresoures.Using theoreticalanalysisandlogicaldeduction methods,thenationalspatial planning system is analyzed,thekeyfactorsaffcting theeficientutilizationoflandresources areexplored,andthepath forefcient utilizationoflandresources is proposed innational spatial planning.The firstisspatiallayoutoptimization basedon regionalcollaboration,thesecond isinnovative mechanisms forlandresource managementthroughout theentirelifecycle, thethirdisthetransformationofeco-friendlylanduse models,andthefourthisthereshapingoflandresource valuedriven byindustrialupgrading.Theresearchresults providetheoreticalreferences forthe practiceofational spatial plaing,help improve the eficiencyoflandresource utilization,and promote the sustainable developmentof national spatial planning.
