Explorationof Pyrolysis Carbonization TechnologyPractice in Sludge Treatment

Abstract: Inorder to improve theresourceutilizationandreductionlevelofsludge terminal treatment,afixedbed pyrolysis carbonization test method isadopted tosystematicallyanalyzetheeffectsof parameters suchas temperature,time,heating rate,and materiallayer thicknesson product performance,and to explore their economic and environmental benefits in combination with actual sewage treatmentplant engineringcases.Theresults indicate thatthis technologycan efectively reduce sludge volume,improve carbon resource utilization eficiency,and hasgoodengineering adaptabilityand promotion prospects.
