Study on the Leaching Process of Deactivated High Silica Al2O3 Supported Pt/Pd Catalysts

Abstract： To address the challenge of recovering spent catalysts supported on Al2O3 with high SiO2 content，an“alkali leaching + weak acid leaching” enrichment process is proposed.By optimizing parameters such as alkali dosage，leaching temperature，hydrochloricacidconcentration，andliquid-tosolidratio，thisprocssachieves eficientPtandPdenichment while preventing Si from entering the leachate.
