Research on the Application of High-Efficiency Dust Removal TechnologyinIndustrialAirPollution Control

Abstract:Asingle dust removal technology is diffcult to cope with the pressreof multi-source composite pollutant emissions,andadiversified collaborative system needs tobeconstructed toachieve theoveralloptimizationof particle sourcecontrolandend purification.Basedonthis,this study analyzes thecharacteristicsof industrial air polltion and categorizes high-eficiencydustremoval technologies.Itfurtherexamines specificapplicationsofelectrostatic precipitation, cyclonicseparation,baghouse filtration,and wetscrubbing technologies inindustrial airpollutioncontrol.Through case studiesofrepresentative industries,theresearch demonstrates these technologies’significantbenefitsinenhancing flue gas treatment eficiency,reducing energyconsumption,andenabling resource recovery.These findings provide both theoretical underpinnings and practical insights for industrial air pollution management.
