Abstract： The rational layout of acoustic environmental quality monitoring points iscrucial foraccurately assessing the status of sound environmentsand effectively implementing noise polution prevention and control.This paper analyzes the diffculties faced inthelayout processof soundenvironmentqualitymonitoring points，such as insuffcient coverage and quantity，uneven distribution，lack ofoptimized technical protocols，and inadequate representativeness.Corresponding strategies areproposed toenhance thescientificrigor，precision，andoperational efectivenessof acousticnvironmntal monitoring practices.
