Research on the Design of Modular Containerized Waste Gas Treatment Equipment and the Efficient Utilization of Resources

Abstract: Modularcontainerized waste gas treatment equipment has important application value in the fieldof ndustrial wastegas treatment due to itsflexibilityand eficiency.Thedesignand eficientutilization explorationof resourcesare conducted around thedevice,byoptimizing theoverall architecture,andscientificallydividingcore module functions,the high effciency isachievedindevice integrationandadaptation.Atthesame time,keytechnologiessuchasenergyrecovery and reuse,materialrecycling design,and water resource purification areutilized to improve resource utilization effciency. The equipment performance is optimized andevaluated through simulationand actual operational testing.Theresults show that the design scheme effctively improves the equipment's exhaust gas treatment capacityand resource utilizationrate, providing new technological pathsand solutionsfor industrial exhaust gastreatment,andhas broad application prospects in industrial emission reduction and sustainable development.
