Abstract: Asa crucial linkconnecting policyrequirements and corporate practices,environmental management consulting is essentialforenterprises’green transformation.This paperdelves intoitsapplicationinenvironmental policyanalysis,risk prevention,nd management standardization,exposes problemssuch asabsentservice standards,corporate misperceptions, andtalentshortages,and proposes countermeasures including seting industryaccess rules,optimizingfiscal incentives,and building industry-university-research collaborative education systems to enhance service eficiency.
