Abstract： Atpresent，there is aproblemof highawareness andlowpracticeof public ecological civilizationconstruction in China.Through literatureandempiricalresearch，thegapbetweenpublicecologicalawarenessandbehaviorisrevealed，the reasons are analyzed，and the ways are proposedsuchasimproving systems，innovating publicity，building supportsystems， andcultivating ecological culture，etc.，soas to promotetheunityof publicecological civilizationawarenessand practice， and promote the construction of ecological civilization.

随着生态文明建设的深入推进，公众生态环保认知大幅提升，但实际践行未同步跟进，高认知度与低践行度的矛盾凸显。（剩余4216字）
