Optimization of Water Resource Allocation Mode for Multiple Water Sources and Users

Abstract：Inorder toimprovetheefficiencyofwaterresourceallcationandecological protectionlevel intheBeiliu River Basin，amulti-objectiveoptimization model andan improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm I （NSGA-II） are usedto analyze the supply-demand matching，water diversion energy consumption，and ecological flow guaranteunder diffrenthydrologicalscenarios.Theresults indicate thattheoptimizationschemesignificantly improves resource utilization efciency，reducs energyconsumption，andefectivelyensures thcologicalflowmeetsthestandard.Tisstudyprovides strong decision support for watershed water resources management and scheduling.
