Optimization of Water Resource Allocation Mode for Multiple Water Sources and Users

Abstract:Inorder toimprovetheefficiencyofwaterresourceallcationandecological protectionlevel intheBeiliu River Basin,amulti-objectiveoptimization model andan improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm I (NSGA-II) are usedto analyze the supply-demand matching,water diversion energy consumption,and ecological flow guaranteunder diffrenthydrologicalscenarios.Theresults indicate thattheoptimizationschemesignificantly improves resource utilization efciency,reducs energyconsumption,andefectivelyensures thcologicalflowmeetsthestandard.Tisstudyprovides strong decision support for watershed water resources management and scheduling.
