Abstract:Thecoal-firedbilerisadevicethatgeneratesheatenergybyburningcoal,which isexposed tohightemperature andhighdustairflowenvironmentforalongtime,andthetailheatingsurfaceispronetoformashdeposits.Traditional mechanical or steam blowing methods have drawbacks such as high energy consumption,strong erosion,and uneven cleaning,making itdificult to meettheenergy-savingandresourceutilizationrequirements ofmodernboilers.Inresponse totheproblemofreduced thermal effciencyandinsufficientashutilizationcausedbyashaccumulationatthetailof the boiler,theapplicationofacousticsotblowing technologyintheresourceutilizationoftailashisdiscussed.Themechanism of acousticsootblowing isanalyzed,thekeyaspectsare elaboratedsuchasceanashcolection,thermalresistancereducing, heatingsurfacelife extending,andresource clasificationutilization,and itsoperational efectiveness are verifiedthrough actual engineering data.Research hasshown thatthehigh-frequency vibration and gas-solid disturbance field formed by acoustic sot blowingcaneffctivelypeloftheadhesiveashlayer,improveash purity,optimizethe heat transferstateof the heating surface,and achieve coordinated optimization of energy conservation and resource utilization.
