Research on the Treatment Technology of Heavy Metal Micro-Polluted Wastewater in Industrial Parks Based on Membrane Bio-Reactor

Abstract: Industrial parks generatealarge amountof heavymetal micro-polluted wastewater,posing a potential threatto the ecological environment.The heavy metal micro-polution wastewater treatment technology is designed for industrial parks basedonmembrane bio-reactor,utilizing microbial communities onbiofilms toadsorb,transform,andremove heavy metals from wastewater.Microorganisms purify wastewaterbyconverting heavy metal ions into insoluble compounds through metabolicactivities.The experimental results indicatethatthe membrane permeabilityof the havy metalmicro-polluted wastewater treatment technology meets the expected requirements and can treat heavy metal micro-poluted wastewater andimprove water treatmenteficiency.The membranecleaning eficiencyishigh,effectivelyavoidingtheprecipitationof calcium ions caused by high temperature,and providing an efective means for biodegradation.
