Research on Chemical Analysis Methods for Inert Materials Enriched with Multiple Precious Metals

Abstract:A chemical analysis methodforsimultaneouslydetermining platinum,palladium,rhodium,iridium,ruthenium, gold,and silver ininertmaterialsenriched withmultiple precious metals isstudied.Thesamplesare subjectedto grinding, calcination,hydrogen reduction,and microwave digestion toenhance their activityand improveacid leaching rate.The mixedstandardsolutionofplatinum,palladium,rhodum,iridium,ruthenium,gold,andsilver is preparedusing thestadard addition method,and the suitable spectral lines are selected,and the standard curve is established using Inductively Coupled Plasma- Optical Emision Spectroscopy(ICP-OES),and the precision and accuracy of the method are also evaluated.The results show that the relative standarddeviations of platinum,palladium,rhodium,and goldare 0.2%~0.7% , whiletherelative standarddeviationsof iridium,ruthenium,and silver are O.8%~1.7%,andtherecoveryrateof spiked samples is 97.7%~ 101.4% .This method has strong operability and high precision,and is suitable for chemical analysis of high content and various precious metal enrichment materials.
