Evaluation and Exploration of Collaborative Protection of Ecological Environment and Water Resources from the Perspective of Sustainable Development

（1.Guizhou Vocational UniversityofCommunications; 2.Mountain HighwaySafetyand VehicleCooperativeResearch Laboratory， Guizhou Mountain Highway InteligentOperationand MaintenanceEngineringResearch Center，Guiyang55140，China） Abstract： Basedonthe actual situation ofGuizhou province，an evaluation index system covering ecological environment health，waterresourcesecurityresourceutilizationefciencyandsocialand economic adaptabilitywasconstructed.Taking Chishui River Basin asanexample，theoverallscore shows that thesystem is good，butthere isroom for improvement in resource utilization eficiencyand social and economic adaptability.Based on this，suggestions on improvingresource utilization efincyaningociconomicdaptabilityrengthingossgioalcooration，andting ecological flow guarantee were putforward toprovide references for theconstructionofecological civilization in Guizhou province.
