Abstract： Theresource utilization oflivestock and poultry breeding waste is an importantpath to achieve the green transformation and sustainable development of agriculture.This paper systematically sorts out the main types and physicochemical properties of livestock and poultry breeding waste，analyzes the necesityof resource utilization in alleviating environmental pollution，exploring economic value and promoting circular agriculture，and proposes comprehensive strategies such as technological research and development，financial support， processoptimization and systemconstruction to improvethe eficiencyof resourceutilization.Theresearchcan provide theoretical referencesand practical directionsforthe treatmentandhigh-valueconversionof waste inthelivestockand poultrybreeding industry，and contribute to the construction of an agricultural and livestock circular systemunder the“dual carbon” goals.
