Simulation Study on Ventilation System of Underground Sewage TreatmentPlantSubstation

Abstract: The underground sewage treatment plant substation has asmall space and a large heat disipation capacity. Taking acertain undergroundsewage treatmentplant in Xi'ancityas an example,a mathematical modelis established using FLUENTsoftware tosmulatethe pressure field,temperature field,andvelocityfieldunderdiferentinletairtemperatures anddiferentairsupplyand exhaust ratios,and the technical and economiccomparison ofairconditioning design schemes forthree existing substations is conducted.Theresults indicatethatforunderground sewage treatment plantsubstations,the air supply to exhaust ratio should be 1.1,the operating point temperature generally increases by 3 C to5 C ,and the air age intheroomisshort.Thenorthernregion prefers theairconditioning system withallairconditioning andsewagesource heat pump,while the southern region prefers the air conditioning system with indorunit and water source multi split.
