Abstract:Due to interference from measurement equipment and the collction environment,there are usually some missing components in thecollection process of distribution network line statusdata.The incompletenessof this datasequence will directly lead to limited detection accuracyof temporary grounding line.Therefore,this study proposes a temporary grounding line detection method for distribution network based on MRFO support vector machine.Firstly,theKNN method isused tosolvethenearestneighborvalueofthetestsample,andthe mising voltagedatais filld according tothe weighted average valueof the nearest neighborsample.Then,thecosine similarity of thefeature state vector underthe main dimensionandthe secondary dimension is calculated.Combined with the dimension determinationthreshold,thestatefeature vectorclose tothe main dimension isretained,andthedimensionreductionof thedata feature is realized.Finally,theline state feature vector is usedas theinput value,and the support vector machine is used to judge whether the input feature vector belongs to the state vector of the temporary grounding line,and the keyparameters in the SVMareoptimized bythe manta ray foraging algorithm.Finaly,the detection results ofthe temporary grounding line are output.The test results show that when the method is used to detecttheline statedataof the distribution network,the method can complete theconvergence ina short time and has an ideal detection accuracy.
