A modified alginate antibacterial gauze performance test analysis and clinical application research

Abstract:Inorder to improve the nursing effectof PICC puncture point after hematopoietic stemcell transplantation in hematological diseases,amodified alginate gauze material was preparedby wet spinning process and antibacterial modification of gauze by zinc oxide nanoparticles,and its performanceand clinical application efect were studied. The results showedthatthe inhibition zonediametersof alginate gauze against Staphylococcus aureus and Candidaalbicans were10.39 mmand 9.67mm,respectively.At the same time,therelative cellproliferation rateof alginate gauze co-cultured with L929 mouse fibroblasts for 7 days reached 443% . Clinical studies have shown that compared withtraditional gauze,this modified alginate gauze materialcanreduce thedailyaverage exudationof patients to1.34 ±0.55g ,reduce the infection rate of puncture point to 4.0% ,and increase the comfort score to 3.15±0.63 points. In summary,the modified alginate gauze material has beter antibacterial propertiesand less cytotoxicity,and he clinicalapplication effectis better.Itcan provide more excellent nursing materials for PICC nursing of patients with hematopoietic stemcell tansplantation,and has importantclinical significance forimproving theprognosisof patients.
