基于能效分析的变电站节能改造优化模型设计

Abstract:Inorder to improve the energy eficiency of substationsand helpthe greenand low-carbon development of the power industry,this paper takes a 220kV prefabricated substation as an example.By systematically analyzing the influencing factors between building energy consumption and electrical equipment,an energy-saving optimization model based on artificial bee colony(ABC)improved algorithm is proposed.The optimization model first constructs amulti-variableobjectivefunction including the heat transfercoefficientoftheexternal wallof the building,the window-wallratio,theheat transfercoeffcientoftheexternal window,theinsulation thicknessoftheexternal wall,theassemblyrate,theloadrateofthemain transformeroftheelectricalequipment,theeficiencyofthestation transformer,andthelossof the high-voltage circuit breaker,anduses theABC algorithm to solvethe problem. Atthe same time,this paper verifies the optimization effctof the model basedon MATLAB R2O21 a platform and Grenjiansville software.The experimental results show thatthe energyconsumption eficiency of substation buildings increases from 88.9% to 95.2% after optimization,and the energy consumption efficiency of electrical equipment increases from 91.8% to 96.6% . The overall power utilization rate isstable between 92% and 94 % ,which is significantly better than the level before optimization.
